I am seeking a skilled and experienced appliance repair technician to diagnose and repair my AVEON Toploader washing machine. The primary issue is that the washer's agitator/drum does not rotate with sufficient strength during the wash cycle. The motor appears to be running, but the clothes are not being moved effectively, resulting in poor cleaning performance. Key Symptoms & Problem Details:

• Main Issue: Weak or sluggish rotation/agitation during the wash cycle.
• Motor Sound: The machine fills with water and you can hear the motor humming or running, but the central agitator has little to no movement.
• Spin Cycle: The spin cycle for drainage may or may not be functioning correctly.
• Machine Model: AVEON Toploader (Specific model number can be provided upon inspection).

Scope of Work & Tasks:
The selected technician will be expected to:

• Perform a thorough inspection and diagnosis of the washing machine to identify the root cause of the weak rotation.
• Provide a clear explanation of the problem and a transparent cost estimate for both parts and labor before commencing any repair.
• Procure any necessary, high-quality replacement parts.

Professionally execute the repair, which may involve one or more of the following:

• Checking and potentially replacing a worn or broken drive belt.
• Inspecting the motor coupling for damage.
• Examining the agitator mechanism (dogs/cogs) for wear and tear.
• Assessing the motor capacitor, as a weak capacitor, is a common cause of this symptom.
• Verifying the functionality of the motor itself.
• Checking for any foreign objects obstructing the tub or agitator.
• Test the machine after repair to ensure it agitates and spins strongly and correctly.
