Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager to drive our growth and operational excellence across designated region. As a Regional Manager, you will be the face of WorkSell.ng in your territory, responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase platform adoption, build strong community relationships, and ensure the success of both service providers and clients within your region.
 
Key Responsibilities
Business Growth & Market Development
  1. Develop and implement regional growth strategies to increase user acquisition and platform engagement
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, educational institutions, and industry associations
  4. Analyze regional market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
  5. Drive regional revenue targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Community Building & User Engagement

  1. Build and nurture a strong community of service providers and clients
  2. Organize and host regional events, workshops, and meetups to foster engagement
  3. Serve as the primary point of contact for high-value users and enterprise clients in the region
  4. Gather user feedback and collaborate with product teams to enhance platform features
     
  5. Develop and implement user retention strategies

Team Leadership & Operations
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of area managers and community ambassadors
  • Set performance targets and conduct regular performance reviews
  • Ensure operational excellence and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Manage regional budget and resource allocation effectively
     
  • Oversee regional marketing initiatives and local partnership activities

Performance Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track and report on regional performance metrics
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on regional activities and results
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities
     
  • Monitor user satisfaction and implement improvement initiatives

Qualifications & Requirements
 
Education & Experience
  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  2. 2+ years of experience in regional management, business development, or operations
  3. Proven track record of driving growth and managing teams in a multi-stakeholder environment
     
  4. Experience in marketplace platforms, tech companies, or service industries preferred
