1. Introduction & Project Overview

WorkSell.ng is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced janitorial service providers to deliver comprehensive cleaning services across a portfolio of multiple airport facilities.

The successful bidder will demonstrate a proven track record in maintaining high-traffic, secure, and public-facing environments to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation.

2. Scope of Services

The scope encompasses full janitorial services, including but not limited to:

Terminal Areas: Concourses, gate areas, seating, and flooring care. Passenger Amenities: High-frequency cleaning and restocking of public and staff restrooms. Back-of-House: Administrative offices, operational areas, and employee break rooms. Specialized Areas: Baggage claim, security checkpoints, and other high-traffic zones. Waste Management: Regular collection, removal, and sustainable disposal/recycling. Floor Maintenance: Daily sweeping/mopping, periodic stripping, waxing, and polishing of hard floors, and deep cleaning of carpets. Supplies: Provision of all necessary cleaning chemicals, equipment, and consumables.

A detailed, line-item specification sheet will be provided to shortlisted bidders.

3. Key Requirements for Bidders

Interested firms must meet the following minimum qualifications:

Proven Experience: Demonstrable experience providing cleaning services for large-scale, complex facilities (e.g., airports, hospitals, large corporate campuses, stadiums). References will be required. Staffing & Management: Ability to recruit, vet, train, and manage a large, diverse workforce capable of operating 24/7/365 across multiple locations. Insurance & Compliance: Proof of comprehensive General Liability, Workers' Compensation, and other relevant insurance. Compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Security: Ability to pass and manage stringent airport background checks and security badging processes for all on-site personnel. Financial Stability: Proof of financial stability to support a contract of this scale.

4. Submission Guidelines & Timeline

Proposals must be submitted electronically to hr@WorkSell.ng no later than 30th October, 2025.

Your proposal must include the following sections:

a. Company Profile & Qualifications: Overview, history, and relevant case studies.
b. Technical Approach: Your methodology for meeting the scope of work, quality control, and management structure.
c. Experience & References: List at least three (3) comparable client references with contact information.
d. Pricing Proposal: A detailed cost breakdown in the format provided in the full RFP packet.
e. Certifications & Insurance: Copies of relevant business licenses and certificates of insurance.
