1. PROJECT OVERVIEW

A Residential Estate in Ajah seeks proposals from qualified ISPs to provide fibre optic internet services to our community of approximately 120 residential units.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES

· Infrastructure: Complete FTTH deployment within estate · Services: Residential packages (25Mbps-1Gbps), symmetrical speeds, unlimited data · Support: 24/7 customer support, 4-hour outage response time · Timeline: Full implementation within 90 days of contract signing

3. KEY REQUIREMENTS

Technical:

· Minimum 99.5% uptime guarantee · Latency <20ms local, <50ms international · GPON/XGS-PON technology · WiFi 6 capable equipment

Commercial:

· Transparent pricing (installation, monthly fees, equipment) · Flexible payment options · No hidden charges
